have you recently updated windower4 ?
any errors beforehand like lua crashes etc.?
does the game crashes when not using windower?
is it via macro or menu, when your friend uses strategems ? have you used a game file check ? I've seen 'input /recast' lines with sch scripts cause pol to crash before. If your friend is using scripts, and has some lines like:
input /recast "Addendum: xxxxx" Then try removing them from the script and see if it helps, GL havent tried w/o windower.
it's via macro , for stratagems, and yea we did some files checks. w/o success @ Kanobrown : thx we'll try it and let know if that works
Oh, right the other part, I've seen "input /recast" commands inside a bind with windower scripts cause pol crashing issues too. So if your friend has any "input /recast" within a bind, that might be an issue as well. GL hope that helps.
there's no rules or anything classic for stratagems
If he's doing it with macros, just for shits and giggles, try unloading spellcast. I found that with my problems when I unloaded it, the crashing stopped. Not a great solution, since spellcast is so useful but process of elimination right?
