You mentioned you are/were pregnant recently on here, right? Or am I thinking of someone else?
Oh yes, I'm pregnant.
Edit: I quoted the wrong part of Zahrah's text. Fixed that. I should not type after midnight =/

Didn't realize I'd started a discussion over here. Sorry to miss it. If we're talking about what kind of freakish traits we'd like, I hear that dolphins have prehensile penises. That sounds like an interesting gimmick.

They don't care. They all got to vent all their fake outrage with their fake excuse to hate other people. This is why stories like these are dug up, for people to justify their own hatred. And when they are proven to be a hoax, after all of the sound and fury, the hoax disappears quietly with barely a queef while they move on to the next imaginary crusade; I don't know a gay wedding cake or something maybe. Wait.

Yeah... I read that earlier and all it says is that the internal probe was inconclusive (how is that even possible?) and that they fired her...

So I know you're just trolling, anyways, probably because you think it's clever, but what the hell kind of response exactly do you expect? I'm glad the lying little slag got found out and fired, she deserves it.
Also, your little trolling criticism clearly isn't reflected in the article and the response made by readers on Facebook. I assume your paranoia blocks out any kind of response that doesn't conform to your schizoid delusions.

That couple wont sue because they wont want to live in the lime light, but they should sue the ***out of her for slander and put a lock on her funds so she can pay them.

You're delusional if you think one fake incident means that homophobia and the resulting issues are "imaginary." The outrage is an existing response to those very real problems.
I wonder what it's like to have had such a comfortable life that you don't even believe other people have a legitimate cause for being upset.

Amandarius has a habit of conveniently glossing over how many had reservations as the revelations were dealt out step-by-step. There is no grey in his line of thinking, and spouting off "These Gerd dern Libruls!" is just easier to him for the most part.

Like a broken record. Or those horribly repetitive Kmart "giffing out" ads! D:

Other than finding out that she was dishonorably discharged from the marines and that she allegedly lied about having terminal cancer at a previous job they have given no conclusive evidence that she wrote the note on the receipt herself and that it wasn't the couple...
How the restaurants investigation is "inconclusive" is beyond me.. they should know how much money they received and they should have the original receipt... I don't get it though... They already said in a previous statement that they only received the amount without the tip soo...
Unless I completely derped somewhere along the way and missed them saying that they know she did it and she took the funds for herself... both sides are jumping the gun...

No one said homophobia is imaginary, but people are really getting desperate to prove that it is somehow a rampant problem. No matter what your lifestyle is, you will not find that 100% of people are going to agree with it and accept it.
And please tell me that this little hoax was not used by people to tee off on religion and also conveniently the opposing political party to the Democrats. I wish all gay Americans would stop allowing themselves to be used so horribly politically.
And acceptance, ***, accept yourself and you don't have to so desperately seek acceptance from every single person in the world because you will be miserable forever as it can never happen.

Until there's actual evidence out there that proves what happened one way or another though...

Even if only for a little while, I wish a competent supporter of conservatism would debate around here. We have a few folks who are semi-conservative, mostly on the fiscal side, but it seems like there's a direct correlation between espousing the current Republican Party (and/or the Tea Party) and sputtering lunacy.
Funny how someone who clearly has no use for those different than him (presently the gay community, but it'll be someone else when convenient) suddenly has political criticism of them to offer in the guise of "I'm looking out for you." It's almost, oh dear... what's that word that Jesus was fond of? Ah, yes, hypocrite. Really blatant, too, which suggests that there is zero attempt to sway opinions, just some puerile urge for negative attention. We need to stop falling for it.

I think more to his point is that as soon as this article came out, people jumped on to the gay wagon grabbed pith forks and started throwing out the same bigotry and hated people fight against.
I think people don't realize that the fight against racism will lead to racism and bigotry if you are not careful.

Oh come on, there was enough evidence to support firing her. And believe me they had to be careful with this one because she is obviously willing to destroy someones reputation using the gay card. All that means they are just not releasing to the public what the reason was.

I think people don't realize that the fight against racism will lead to racism and bigotry if you are not careful. I'd hate to make assumptions about your identity, but I only ever hear middle class white people spout that line. There's a grain of truth to it, but it should exist as a caveat, not an arguing point.
Also, crazy thing: if I hate someone for what they DO, I'm justified. If I hate someone for what they ARE (as in a genetic or otherwise largely unchangeable state, not some convenient label like, say, "felon"), I'm not justified. It's really quite simple. No one sane says, "Don't hate anyone," they say, "Don't hate anyone for harmless reasons." I suppose "hate" might be a little excessive a response, since it is supposed to be something you reserve for child murderers and other Republicans, but I would like to think the point is made.

That's because I don't use people.
I'm sorry what would you like to debate? Just want to debate something for the lulz? You don't think this hoax was used as a wedge issue? Back read. You don't think the gay community is being used by the Democratic party like a political football? I present ENDA. I present Obama's flipflop before the election on gay marriage then he went back to sleep on it after.

Hate breeds hate for sure... Just like you try to push the whole hey just accept that someones going to hate you for just being who you are you're then going to have to accept that people are going to hate you for who you are too... The whole just accept it and move on thing isn't even realistic lol... oh you hate me cuz I'm black? That's cool bro I'll just go over to this store over here and not resent you at all... I'll even recomend this store to my white friends! I hope you realize how ridiculous your position is... maybe when people stop spreading hate the responses won't be as loud...

What you say is true. Caveat or not it's true to itself. Look at someone like Al Shaprton who says he looks out for civil rights. He may have a good cause, however in the end he doesn't fight for all peoples rights, but more so just for the rights of his people.
He pales in comparison to someone like Cornell West who focuses on mostly true issues of discrimination like poverty for all groups of people. He is at least is true to his own nature and openly admits he would "start out on the chocolate side of town" unlike Sharpton.

If they were charged the 18 dollars then the restaurant received that money...... The restaurant cannot say why they fired that woman.
You know when a bank gets robbed the police will almost always say it was undisclosed amount of money. The reason is they don't want people knowing how much they keep on average. This same thing happened at a restaurant that I worked at when we got robbed. I over heard the conversation to the police and the owner told them I don't want people to know what I keep in the safe. The officer said we need to know so if we catch this guy it looks better for evidence and we will tell the reported it was undisclosed. Sure enough in the paper next day it was undisclosed.
I did reserve judgment on this whole situation. Now that the reports came out and the reporters had seen the CC receipt and the woman was fired, it was pretty evident as what was going on. Could I be wrong? Yea anything can happen, but I am pretty sure this case is closed at this point.
