0 Receiving Problem.
Hey peeps, anyone else getting this problem? I keep getting 0 receiving every few mins. I've reset my modem a few times and tried it at others peoples houses too. I also dual box and it happens on both account too. So I'm not really sure why I keep getting it it only happens for 2 to 3 seconds but in tough battles etc that can be a big problem.
It seems everyone in my linkshell who lives in the UK is having this problem.
I'm from the UK too, that might be the thing then D:
Getting a lot of R 0 too.. and I don't live in England. Started 3-4 days ago.

Mine has been to have gotten better now, not sure about everyone else. :X Mine used to get really bad while fighting... now it's working... wth is going on?! lol
Mine has been doing this a lot lately, ISP is Virgin, how about you guys?
virgin here.. had R0 for last week.. seemed to have been sorted now, been ok today

Either international routing problems over the pond or simply random NA prime lag, who knows? It is normal during 00:00-01:30 UK time.
