That rdm set is like mostly standing set mixed with random other ***... unfortunately while pld is somewhat gotten for what it does just standing there rdm is gotten for the 50 billion different things it's doing at once.
Specifically I would only use
the staff: for idling and slow if I had trouble landing slow
the head: for nuking or fast cast,
the neck: probably never but maybe nuking,
loq: for precast onry though that isn't cheap and you have to have sea acess,
2nd earring for non potency mp costing magic and resting only also not easy to get:
rings: probably always,
hands: unless I'm going for mnd potency or I get something better like morrigan
body: for buffs onry,
back: idle onry
belt: always except nuking with day/element. Pretty expensive peice though
legss: depends on what you put on them. Either morrigan/mahatma for enfeebles/nuking if you put movement speed on it. Or Wlegs if you didn't. Also mahatma/morri for mnd based enfeebles, stoneskin, cures etc etc etc
Feet: pretty much always except for mnd based enfeebles.
