Date!?! Why the *** do you need that? Also registration codes came with each disk I think or the book that came with it. Or for the downloaded expansions I think they just sent it to your mail.

I lost my old ***forever ago (And I'm not sure where I put the new one). According to the Support Center, both of those (amongst other things) are required to send the email thingy. I might just have to get the number and call tomorrow

Hmmmmm there seems to be alot of translation variations between some of these roms. My last FF3 rom had slightly different dialog, a little more in depth while this one seems a little bland.
Example: In the opening of FF3 (6), Biggs is skeptical of having Terra along for the mission due to her incredible magic power and Wedge reassures him that the slave crown will keep her in order.
In the previous rom I had he went into much further detail saying "She wouldn't breathe unless you told her to" or something to that extent. Anyone know which one is correct?
Edit: wtf, why is he named Vicks instead of Biggs?

Time to wait for a response, which probably won't be until later today during their business hours.
Anywho, isn't FF3 the same as like FF6 or something? Or am I getting numbers mixed up again?

God damn it, I think I found the answer to my problem. And my problem is some *** named Ted Woolsey.
Final said: Localization
Images of a female enemy with her back to the screen from three releases of the game; the coverage level of her clothes on the bottom half of her body is different in each one
Graphics for the North American releases were edited to cover up minor instances of nudity. From left to right: Japanese SFC and GBA, North American SNES, and Western GBA releases.
The original North American localization and release of Final Fantasy VI by Square for the Super Nintendo featured several changes from the original Japanese version. The most obvious of these is the change of the game's title from Final Fantasy VI to Final Fantasy III; because only two games of the series had been localized in North America at the time, Final Fantasy VI was distributed as Final Fantasy III to maintain naming continuity. Unlike Final Fantasy IV (which was first released in North America as Final Fantasy II), there are no major changes to gameplay, though several changes of contents and editorial adjustments exist in the English script. In a January 1995 interview with Super Play magazine, translator Ted Woolsey explained that "there's a certain level of playfulness and ... sexuality in Japanese games that just doesn't exist here [in the USA], basically because of Nintendo of America's rules and guidelines".[30] Consequently, objectionable graphics (e.g. nudity) were censored and building signs in towns were changed, as well as religious allusions (e.g. the spell Holy was renamed Pearl).[31]
Also, some direct allusions to death, killing actions, and violent expressions, as well as offensive words have been replaced by softer expressions. For example, after Edgar, Locke and Terra flee on chocobos from Figaro Castle, Kefka orders two Magitek Armored soldiers to chase them by shouting "Go! KILL THEM!", in the Japanese version. It was translated as "Go! Get them!" Also, when Imperial Troopers burn Figaro Castle, and Edgar claims Terra is not hidden inside the castle, Kefka replies "then you can burn to death" in the Japanese version, which was replaced in the English version by "Then welcome to my barbecue!". Similarly, as Magitek soldiers watch Edgar and his guests escape on Chocobos, one swears in Japanese, "Son of a ***!", which was translated by Ted Woolsey as "Son of a submariner!".[31] The localization also featured changes to several names, such as "Tina" being changed to "Terra". Finally, dialogue text files had to be shortened due to the limited data storage space available on the game cartridge's read-only memory.[30] As a result, additional changes were rendered to dialogue in order to compress it into the available space.[30] This translation was done in only 30 days by Woolsey alone.[32]
The PlayStation re-release featured only minor changes to the English localization. The title of the game was reverted back to Final Fantasy VI from Final Fantasy III, to unify the numbering scheme of the series in North America and Japan with the earlier release of Final Fantasy VII. A few item and character names were adjusted, as in the expansion of "Fenix Down" to "Phoenix Down". Unlike the PlayStation re-release of Final Fantasy IV included in the later Final Fantasy Chronicles compilation, the script was left essentially unchanged.[27] The Game Boy Advance re-release featured a new translation by a different translator, Tom Slattery.[33] This translation preserved most of the character names, location names, and terminology from the Woolsey translation, but changed item and spell names to match the conventions used in more recent titles in the series.[34] The revised script preserved certain quirky lines from the original while changing or editing others, and it cleared up certain points of confusion in the original translation.[35]
They even covered up some parts of so-called "nudity" from the original FF3 too.

Yeah, America got it's FFs quite late so to keep things in numerical order we named what in Japan was FF6, to FF3. Same thing with FF4 and 2.

We never got 5 til SE decided to re-release it in FF Anthology for playstation. That's when things finally got in proper order.
So until things were re-released and corrected, it literally would have been 1, 2 (4), 3(6), 7.

Yeah Cecil actually gets ticked if you say you haven't heard of him and will ask if you have heard of various exploits from ff 2(4) and keep saying more till eventually giving up.
I actually never played earth bound. The vast majority of snes games I've play I either rented a long time ago or have actually owned. And that one was never there.

Earthbound is my all time favorite right up there with FF6. It's like a cult classic. Not exactly top tier dramatic amazingness like SE makes, but it's fun and hilarious at the same time. Truly a must have imo.

Checklist? said: 1. Sell off all Thief and Black Mage Gear. It's time to retire those and focus on gearing or leveling another job.
2. Organize all items into "Needed" and "Not Needed," then proceed to sell off or give away the "Not Needed."
3. If funding permits, complete Mog House/Locker/Inventory Expansions. The space will probably be needed later on.
4. Set aside Samurai gear for Tuchulcha. Might as well keep gambling, even if Hagun isn't used.
5. Finish unlocking jobs. Go -especially- prepared for Corsair, because those Undead are *** annoying.
6. Look through jobs and try to narrow the focus.
7. Revamp and go over which crafts I have and want to have. Work on leveling each one to 60 for future subcrafts.
8. Tell Das he's an ***.
Can ya'll tell I'm still bored?

Provided the restoration goes through, and that could be up to a week, I could try to offer a bit, provided I get payed back at some point.
I sent Mai most of it, including about 1mil in cash. Could always bug her to loan it to you. Otherwise, I'd have to do inventory and run some numbers.

Since we all can't be on the same linkshell in game, this can be our cross server linkshell thread.
Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.
We can cover any sort of topic at all, within reason of the forum rules. No real main topic, just a bunch of FFXIAH friends/people coming on and discussing random things.

Update: Sorry Eternaltriumph, too much has changed D: (Page 698)
Eternaltriumph said: Yeah Chuu. Bringing you up to speed, Ludoggy is the LS pedophile. I'm the fountain of random and useless knowledge that makes you go "Hrm" with the occasional side of "holy shit he said what?"
Kungfu is the LS nutjob, spouting super random things that are usually sexist, until Savvy or Alyria comes into the room. Then he's a classic case of sexual harrassment. Rumaha is also true to the second part; we're wondering about his sexuality though.
Daj is Ludoggy's gay lover. Not much else is known about this Asuran. Tairo is kinda new, but since is a female and Alyria's lesbian lover, she fit right in real quick.
Celene(F) and Rowland(M) are more of the shyer members, but often say things that are witty, have a good pun and sometimes cause three page discussions. Celene hates when people hit on her. It doesn't stop them from trying.
Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
Luelle Smells.
