I wouldn't buy it. Kirin's Pole still best for melee BLM. That staff provides nothing better than HQ ele staves.
Now about that RDM. They can't play it right. I can do a decent job keeping up refresh and haste. Sometimes I'll haste the people using two-handed weapons, but mainly the tank has haste. I usually wait a couple fights to see how my MP pool sits before I go crazy on hasting. Normally I wait yellow to throw a cure III, but mainly to the tank. Regen for everyone else at first unless someone decides to be naughty and secure hate for a couple hits.
This was on the last pt I did on my RDM.

It's really only used for debuffing when you can't land enfeebs with shield and wand but still want the mnd for potency.

Dasva I still wouldn't buy it. MAcc is the only thing that makes it look good. Still get the INT/MND +10 from Kirin's for SS and whatnot.

But I don't have other high price items I need/want. Such as nashira/crimson legs for rdm um herald gaiters novio for blm and I really don't want to think of want my blu and thf could use or my upcoming rng lol. Also I use ig maccros so using wand/shield isn't really a good option since the game likes to do funny things if you don't put waits in when going to/from staff/strap to/from wand/sheild. Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
