Morning coniferous tree huggers.
I trust you all enjoyed your weekend. It was too short as always, but a good weekend. Helped my friend move on Saturday. Was rather quick and easy. The big ole nasty storms we were supposed to have basically all day Sunday turned out to be a ~10 minute rain storm which was nice. It was kinda crazy though, about 20 minutes before it hit, I've never seen such still wind. Not a single leaf was stirring, quite surreal. *sips coffee* Yup.

It rained pretty good here for many hours yesterday morning, but brightened up quite a bit into a very nice, lukewarm late spring day. Grass stayed too wet to get the lawn mowed though, so I'll need to do that later than I'd like this week...probably tomorrow unless I feel super motivated after work today. But given there's a game tonight, I doubt it.

I had no idea Seth Rogan was one of the producers. Wouldn't have expected that, for some reason. Since we're on the subject of comics, Stan Lee threw out the first pitch at the Rangers game this weekend. That was a pleasant surprise. People were going ape turds since Odor was finally back, too.

Part of me wants to go canoeing. I haven't in many years.
Then part of me remembers all the down sides of the activity and I think "Eh. If I really feel nostalgic I can always fill the bathtub and hop in clothed with a beer."

Canoeing is fun until you decide to jump in then have to hoist your water-logged *** back into the boat without flipping it or when you have to push a water-logged labrador back into it.
