I am new to this site, I reside on the server of Hades. :]

I'm not living my life so she can sit and play Cleopatra all day. I clean up after dinner and finish other things I have going. I cook on weekends and she cleans up afterwards. We both clean the house and I take care of the outside stuff.
Idk what you want to hear from me? Do we have a romatic relationship? Do I give her attention? Do I give her time when she needs it? Of course we have all that and I do tend to her needs. I don't blow her off when I want to play my games. I'm not gonna quit everything in my life. I'm more realistic when it comes to family affairs and the real world. It used to be heavily science fiction based but lately it's become more of a... critique (I suppose, hard to explain) on human nature by using elements of science fiction in a hyperbolic manner to accentuate the actual main points. So I was back reading and people seem to be 1 of 3 things today.

We never made compromises or even got to the point of needing to. She hates that I don't stand up for myself at times. I don't understand why I should when she fusses about little things and it's easier to just do it. Waste of time to argue and she loves to do it. I'm not gonna go home every night as say let's go out and do something. It's not possible these days without money. Idaho doesn't have much to offer to stay occupied. There's many other things going that keeps that from happening also. There's more I could say, but I'd rather not talk too much about me since I don't need to nor should you all really know my private life. If my wife wasn't happy, I'd be single. What you quoted is what your reason was so what is there not to get? What is it that I'm failing at that you see and I don't? I see a statement saying one should give up everything to make the other happy. I disagree with it.
