With all this talk of Confederate flag flying, I'm glad that TX did away with it for license plates.
Now, if only *** Aggies didn't fly it, along with "Don't Tread On Me" and "Come And Take It" while pitching canopies at the beach. More often than not, you see the A&M flag along with those. EDIT: Perry's alma mater, BTW. :/

My friend's wife gave me a bunch of pounds, whatever the hell costa rica uses, some kuwaiti dinars, some swiss francs, & some random paper money.
O & some euros. I just had a university student move out on Friday at one the apartments I rent out. I spent all weekend cleaning it up, the kid that lived there was messy as hell. Got some girl checking out the place tomorrow. I had to bleach the shower curtains as they had mold on them... (ugh)
All good to show off tomorrow. Hopefully she takes it as it's only €100 a month with utilities for this particular apartment, which is half of the normal rent here. It's a nice bedroom (I stuck a piano in there, lol), small bathroom and a decent kitchen area, all separate rooms. My cost is 10,000 dinara a month on it which means I'm only making €13 a month profit on it. I think that's more than fair.

Besides the key to being a landlord is to get someone to move in, live there comfortably for a few months until they call the place home, then gradually increase the rent. :P
