Once Upon a time,the best of times...
back in the day of olde, when people rejoiced with music, that came from small flat shiny silvery circles, people would carry them, and collect many of these, and wizards being able to extract said music where labeled... Diskman...
but they are no more. as any common man can just grab one of these relics, and extract the silver disk's essence, their soul, and trap it in a small portable tablet made by apples...
was I a diskman? I cant remember, maybe another lifetime. and I a common man who has ripped the many souls of these silvery disk? I am afraid I am.... yet I have cared for mostly every soul ripped, enjoy the voices and melodies of each one, spoke them word out loud...
A box... one day, a box... le old me must have had it... why? why was there a shilvery shiny disk there? recognizable.... why?
it's soul was freed and became one with the rest whitin the apple... it laid there dormant, days, weeks. months.
One day, decided to hear this soul speak... what was it? unlike the other souls, no nostalgia, no voices from the past..... it was a soul never listened to, such marvelous display of words and melodies, yet in another unrecognized language, it was still appreciated as a marvelous thing... tho it a partial shock, questions arise , why was this silvery disk in that box? why doesnt it trigger memories like the rest? why was this soul unheard of?
voices and melodies finally come to an end, and yet I still lay there, on the floor, looking on the window wondering these questions... with these feels.

I always get their chicken & dumplings with green beans and fried okra with an order of fried apples. Occasionally I'll get a Cheerwine if they have them.
EDIT: Oh except right after they introduced the baked sweet potato, that replaced the green beans. >.>
