Are you kidding me Nik? In this economy? They can go ahead and be cowboys, doctors and lawyers require at least eight years of school!

Ain't nobody paying for that!

The only place to buy Mexican food,(shitty Taco Bell clone chain) within like 500 miles, closed last month. So I'm still jealous!

Where do you people live that you can't get decent Mexican? Criminal.

I still can't get comfortable driving a f-350. I know I need this thing to be able to pull buses etc but still, feels like I'm trying to drive a monster truck in a micro-machines town lol.
Is it a dually? We have a 99 F-350 work truck and I always hit curbs with the duals. if it has the 7.3l, it probably can pull a bus. >.>

Alas, I gave up pop pretty much entirely. Baja Blast is one of the few things I miss.

Hmm either the recycling company which we pawn our stuff off on closed up shop within the last few days, or their phone systems at both locations are down...

Let's see if they answer the email I sent.

I'm going to assume the two of you are driving those things because your job actually requires them.

I enjoy the guys around here who buy them purely just to have them. Their *** must be miniscule, and they sure as ***aren't any good at driving those things. Gets even funnier when the dumb shits put rebel flags on them and stacks in the middle of the bed. What the hell function does that even serve other than to belch smoke and make you look like a chump?

That said, I've heard that the new Chevy Silverados handle a bit better than the Fords, but that's probably neither here nor there for you.

Negative, but even my old 91 S10 could pull a bus (barely) back in the day. At least this can do it on ice too
I was surprised when my 86 F-150 pulled the 99 F-350, full of tools. I should try pulling more stuff with it.

And try to hit one on a vacation somehow.

I hate stacks on a pickup. the F-350 is for work, we needed it to pull tractors and backhoes. My F-150 is because..well, it was $650 because it "wouldn't run" and the guy was selling the house and needed it out of the driveway. Turns out 1980-1987 Ford trucks had ignition switches that come apart with age. I reached up, grabbed it, "click!" then the key buzzer started buzzing. In a few mins we drove the damn thing home after sitting for 5 years...it still has tires on it from 2005, I need to do something about that.

EDIT: Mine has the 300ci I6 in it.

Pretty sure we've discussed before, but I've got my 2007 Colorado that's paid off and does her job admirably. Wee truck, not a problem. It tailgates well, it moves furniture for friends well. That's all I ask of it.

Poor girl's got some rust issues going on the front of her hood though that started in the past six months or so. I'm going to have to get her a new lid I think, or suffer having some pretty ugly patches.

yeah definitely. I wouldn't enjoy owning of these at all, but everyone this far north has them to survive on the worst roads and snow here etc

It's a very pretty truck though and we have a quality air compressor mounted in case someone ends up with a flat tire and we can't hook right into the coaches air compressor so I appreciate at least being prepared.
Oh that's newer than ours. lol

I'm not much for newer Chevy vehicles, but those little Colorados are nice little trucks.

EDIT: I liked the 65 Chevy C/K-10's. I'd like to have one, long bed, three on the tree.

Yeah, I like my Colorado. It's bare bones as it gets and I'll probably trade up once I get a new house and get all the moving costs out of the way, but until then she gets the job done.

I rather enjoy most of the current offerings of the three major American makers these days, from compacts all the way up. Our other vehicle is a 2012 Sonic.
