Usually the firsts of anything are chaotic. You can't exactly tell what an episode series of television would be like at the end of the season later from the pilot. Can get better through each one.

If I were a mod, I would have banned KN immediately upon finding out he is KORPG.
Nothing personal, but if an admin permabans someone, then they should probably remain banned. Just my two cents (and probably a reason why I shouldn't be a mod :P)

I agree, I think people making new accounts after being permabanned should remain permabanned. That said the decision should have been made when he started posting, not 10k+ however many posts that guy has in.

according to the donation page this dump hasn't earned a plug nickel in a year... I half suspect scragg simply forgot to turn off the recurring change on his credit card....

The problem with bans is that it's reasonably easy (though not trivial) to circumvent a ban. Unless we put in some much more restrictive methods of verification (client side IP checks, proxy blacklists, checking age/level on linked characters) there is little one can do to really prevent people who want in, from getting in.
This is why Scragg mostly lets it go, and I get that. I've spent a not-insignificant amount of time in the last day pondering ways to lock things down in a way that doesn't punish regular users (which is my objection to a lot of the tried and true methods).
All of our hopes and dreams are riding on Rooks' shoulders.

Psh, Rooks is a Paladin, and one of the most straight forward, competent, and respectful people I've ever met online or in real life. You couldn't find a much better person to bet on.

I figure if people are willing to jump through hoops to bypass an IP ban, they'll likely have to alter their behavior enough as to not make it very obvious. Wouldn't that alone justify giving them a second chance?
I guess another possibility is to require a valid FFXI/FFXIV character or account to post, but that only limits slightly more.

Since we all can't be on the same linkshell in game, this can be our cross server linkshell thread.
Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.

Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
