Alligators and crocodiles might seem more interested in lurking near the water and chomping on their latest meal, but these frightening reptiles engage in play, Vladimir Dinets of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville reports in the February Animal Behavior and Cognition. Dinets combined 3,000 hours of observations of wild and captive crocodilians with published reports and information gathered from other people who work with the animals. He found examples of all three types of play:
Locomotor play: This is movement without any apparent reason or stimulus. Young, captive American alligators, for instance, have been spotted sliding down slopes of water over and over. And a 2.5-meter-long crocodile was seen surfing the waves near a beach in Australia.
Object play: Animals like toys, too. A Cuban crocodile at a Miami zoo picked up and pushed around flowers floating in its pool for several days of observation. And like a cat playing with a mouse, a Nile crocodile was photographed as it repeatedly threw a dead hippo into the air. Object play is recognized as so important to crocodilian life “that many zoo caretakers now provide various objects as toys for crocodilians as part of habitat enrichment programs,” Dinets notes.
Social play: Juvenile black caimans in Brazil were seen chasing each other in circles. And Dinets caught two Cuban crocs “courting” each other — the male would let the smaller female climb onto him and he’d give her rides around their pool.
“Even though these observations of apparent play behavior are mostly singular and, if taken separately, allow for alternative explanations,” Dinets writes, “combined they present strong evidence that play might be a more regular part of crocodilian behavioral repertoire than currently recognized.”

my realtor is being lazy and not going out cause of all the ice. last 6 houses i've sent her have all been "under contract", but i get the feeling she's not checking or only wanting to show me places her company is selling.
the places with 20 year old stained carpets are never under contract, but the newly installed brazilian cherry hardwood, vaulted ceilings, stoned wall fireplace, and the brand new built on florida room that's only been on the market for 3 days is under contract ._. come on. my buddy lives down the street and told me the day it went up that it was for sale. i have no clue how i could of been beaten on that one.
anyway, yeah ice sucks, winter is bad, and flavin is a grumpy frumpy.

yeah they get 6% on their own listings and only 3% when it's listed by another agent.
I would recommend firing your realtor and dealing directly with the listing agents of the properties you are interested in.
If you already have your financing in order the important things to note on the contract are the price, closing costs, possession and contingencies So you would tell the listing agent "X Price, Immediate possession, seller pays all closing costs, offer contingent on financing and passing inspections" If they try to *** you around on possession, "oh well the seller needs 30 or 45 or 60 days to move into their new home"
That is not my problem, Sure, anyone would like two months of free rent... But I aint paying for it! tell them they can move into a fuxing hotel

Have any of you been watching 'Gotham'?
I've not been keeping up with anything this year except the recently-begun season of Top Gear, and that's mostly just because there haven't been many Monday night hockey games, so I've been able to watch it.
I didn't even keep up with Doctor Who. It's sitting on my DVR waiting for me to get around to it along with entire seasons of Orphan Black and Broadchurch.
And that's just the BBC stuff! There are long-running series I haven't even started yet that I want to. Sons of Anarchy, Blue Bloods, Arrow, Castle, the list goes on.

Kungfu is the LS nutjob, spouting super random things that are usually sexist, until Savvy or Alyria comes into the room. Then he's a classic case of sexual harrassment. Rumaha is also true to the second part; we're wondering about his sexuality though.
Daj is Ludoggy's gay lover. Not much else is known about this Asuran. Tairo is kinda new, but since is a female and Alyria's lesbian lover, she fit right in real quick.
Celene(F) and Rowland(M) are more of the shyer members, but often say things that are witty, have a good pun and sometimes cause three page discussions. Celene hates when people hit on her. It doesn't stop them from trying.
Krizz is just social and likes to kill time here during work Tbest is about the same, except tends to be a douche to guys and affectionate toward girls.
Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
