Just got out of a meeting about the new building we're moving to in a few months and what needs to be done about it. The contractor has quoted us what appears to be relatively high.
More importantly, we want to sublet the building to another company which we sublet one of our current buildings to. They haven't given a yes or no to moving yet, if they say no we'll ask another company who does something similar to what we do. The owner of said company says he wants to downsize and eventually retire. Favorite part of the meeting, "Then he could teach Meshi and he could run the company." I am Meshi and I approve of this message, even if it is just a fleeting thought and may not even be a possibility.

My step brother does construction stuff also, and he's said the same thing. Well more along the lines of, "These Amish come in, and bid super low, do shoddy work, and end up costing more than everyone else in the long run."
