But every other human, she would hiss at. Best bet was, just leave her alone for guests. It's torturous for them. They resent it.

My cat is de-clawed (only way my parents would have taken him in, he was a stray) and he is the most loving, awesome cat ever. He loves people and holds no resentment for the declawing and deballing. He's killed mice sans claws just fine. He tries to use my couch as a scratching post as if he had claws still, and just goes on his normal business.
He's always been friendly, but he's gotten even more friendly in his old age. He's roughly 14 now. He was about 1 when we found him for reference.
