and FYI my burrito was
-grilled shrimp -salsa -sour cream -rice -grilled chopped meat (carne asada) in those layers, in that order. pretty sure description said Cheese, but could not find a trade of cheesy flavor. edit: Only burrito that it is ok to have lettuce in it, is if you order a fish burrito.

since it has shrimp , lettuce would have been ok.
