We're talking Rambo II & III (the first was less action, more drama), Cobra, Nighthawks, Tango & Cash... I guess Demolition Man too, but that was also '93 and started his decline in my eyes. Never been a diaz fan either but meh. I don't think they're timeless talents, but they're competent for their genres. It's more than you can say for a lot of young actors and actresses who get paid more to look nice and be pensive or broody than they do to actually act.
If you like horrible acting "The Hunger Games" is so bad it gives blumpkins to homeless junkies in a subway shitter...
