that's actually kind of interesting, I grew up the same way (sans the marriages, it was tons of bf's) & have arrived at the same conclusions as you. I couldn't agree more with that post.

My wife's youngest sisters (twins) were two when we got together (we were 15 and 16, respectively). Their oldest sister was 18 when they were born.* My brother's nine years younger than I am...and there's additional weirdness between us due to our dad and his mom. It makes for a weird sibling situation. Edit:*this always made for seriously uncomfortable situations when we would take the twins places during the summer while their parents were at work. We frequently got mistaken for being their parents, and that's really, really irritating.

The absolute bitchery and assholishness was lovely to behold from "adults" Milamber has known my sister since she was five. She came to visit us for the summer or holidays every year we were in the states. If you're a couple with kid(s) in tow it's assumed they are yours.
