Totally with you on breakfast. I can do breakfast for dinner.

That would actually be really interesting! Is the museum in his former residence, like Mozart's or Gutenburg's?

Random meat in bread can be pretty damn good. Oh no! Chaos loves him some purple drank!

Yeah, especially since I'm more open to breakfast meals than diner meals.

Going to the Nikola Tesla Museum next week though.

The local food is funny, and Nik got it spot on. Just some random meat in bread, lol. Hard to tell what there is more of, random generic meat in bread, a pharmacy, or an exchange office on every block.

OTC codeine is nice though. It's mixed with caffeine and a little APAP. Nice pick me up for those 'occasional' hang overs. Only $.80-$.96 for 12 pills.

you had me at 'OTC codeine'...

I only like breakfast from those small diners and cafes. I hate fast food breakfast with a passion and I never really make it at home.

So far the most I've found is 10mg. But the one pharmacist was like just take 2 or 3 or 4 but no more than 6 at once, lol.

That reminds me, I found another weed connection today. Gonna try this new stuff out tomorrow (half past midnight here atm). It's from Bosnia, instead of the usual stuff that passes/comes through Albania.

As a tourist that didn't speak the language or had no clue, probably.

I guess that's my kinda my specialty though.

That and I don't stick out as an 'American' too. Especially if you can speak some Russian. But the local joke here is that during high school students had the option to learn English or Russian and those that took the Russian route did it because it was super easy and ultimately not as useful internationally.

morning all, I hope the frosty bugger finds you well.

Kara that is one cute snowbaby, & that's coming from a guy who takes pleasure in telling parents their babies are ugly in rl.(only when it's true, naturally) idk wtf my problem is, but is the same part of my brain that likes to make fun of the way pregnant ladies walk, ect. schadenfreude perhaps? I'm a bad man.

ps4 in america finally gave me the update to resize the map, & I am jack's unfettered enthusiasm, at least for the next few days.

It would be a lot sweeter if I didn't have all this work to do, but c'est la vie, I suppose.

I decided I might stop making fun of donny in the deep winter months, as it's a balmy 10 degrees here as I speak. it's like kicking a dog while he's down, shameful.

How's everyone else today? still alive & kicking?

Pregnant women and many mothers love to talk about how pregnancy is so beautiful, and there's nothing more lovely than an expecting mother and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

*** that. Make fun of that waddling, pickle-and-ice-cream-eating, awkward human. Bring them back down to Earth!

Morning everyone. It snowed early this morning, and the roads are rather shitty. It's too cold for the salt to do anything, so there lies the problem. Glad I only have a short drive to work, but even then I was sliding nearly the whole way in lol. Fun times.

I've had coffee and chocolate milk already this morning. Let's do this.

4WD and a history of knowing how to drive in snow. Works wonders.

Too bad most of the people who travel Route 30 have neither.

I heard 30 was awful. I think there was a 4 car pile up like a mile from here.

I have 2WD and a nice hill to drive up, so that was the main hang up. Just had to feather the throttle and it was fine. Loved the fact some idiot was riding my *** up the hill the whole way though, when my car was very clearly veering constantly lol.

I witnessed no collisions or unintentional off-roading on my way to work, but I heard both were going on in the area.

I do not miss the days of trying to drive up a hill in 2WD in the snow.

I used to live on a ~35 degree hill in Greensburg, where the local municipal authority apparently felt my street didn't warrant consideration until well after 11:00 a.m. I owned a 98 Ford Escort ZX2 at the time.

Every day it snowed was a snow day, because trying to get off the hill was an almost 100% guaranteed accident.

Luckily, my employer at the time didn't hold weather-related snow days against you. They didn't pay you for them, but they also didn't punish you for taking them.

My dad lives on such a road, so I know the struggles. I've been there too.

They say front-wheel drive is good in the snow. My Explorer is 4WD but the previous owner packed the auto-locking hubs with axel grease and ruined them so they never worked. Need to get manual Warn hubs. Centrifugal auto-hubs should be lubricated with a thin transmission fluid or else they cease up.

Front-wheel is better than rear-wheel, aye.

Well unless you're going to go take a Porsche out into the snow...though law enforcement tends to push for their damn RWD vehicles too, hence all the law-enforcement models offered by the big US automakers.

Mmmm...Some things aren't that magical about it. :/

If the scent of fried chicken will make a person heave into a grocery cart immediately, that's not really "beautiful". Post-barf bleary-eyes, embarrassment, realizing that someone is going to have to have to clean all this up and dispose of all the food, no cash on hand for the poor sod that was going to have to take care of the mess (That seems like a helluva day ruiner!), and all that comes out of your mouth is a wail of "I'M SO SORRY!!!"

There's other gross, cringe-inducing stuff...

Bowel and bladder release, the cutting of sensitive areas, placentas...all of it.

Though on the subject of "down there", I never want to hear another man whine about prostate exams again after hearing about all the things that go on during routine gyno visits.
