Meh...I don't think it matters anyway. I think Aelius wanted to do something a little fun.

How's Serbia? Saw the pic! Nice! Are you enjoying yourself so far?
We were both curious as to how 'Most Attractive' was getting some of the answers it got, I don't think a few of you had ever posted pics and if so it wasn't recently.

Hence why I didn't want to pay attention, lol.

Serbia is *** awesome. Maybe not for everybody, but I would recommend it. :P

So far the only really weird thing is that every shower/bathtub has the hot water heater in the shower. I mean it kinda makes sense if it happens to leak (like my mom's did thrice). But imagine trying to shower in your normal tub, but only a hot water heater bolted to the wall where there should be a shower head.

My great aunt and uncle and grandfather's flat/apartment/condo/whatever was built post-war Germany has a tub like that. I think they were build in the early 1950's. Granted, the tub is massive and deep.

Yeah so like the place I own here is fine, the tub and all is big enough. But others, I don't know how that would work without enough room to move, lol.

I sometimes disagree with the phrase "shake what your mama gave you." For example; if one's mother hands them their baby brother or sister it is an inappropriate time to shake what one's mama gave them. It could be harmful.

I keep having thoughts like this, it's annoying.

Come to think of it, I don't think the ones I mentioned had showerheads and were retro-fitted in the 1970's or 1980's for them. The tubs are awesome though!

Hrrrmph...I really need to make arrangements for Christmas in Germany this year. My grandfather is getting up there, and the great and uncle I mentioned went pretty close to each other's passing. :/

Glad you're liking the former Soviet states. Didn't you mention going to Austria or having already gone to Austria?

Only thing about Austria is that I'm 1/32 Austrian, never been though. Planning a trip to Transylvania though :P Maybe I can remember enough German when that occurs, lol.

Speaking of Christmas, we get to celebrate it on Wednesday. Everything is closed too.

Some girl I met here 3 weeks ago invited me to her family's house for Christmas breakfast on Wednesday.

Should be interesting, lol.

You should really check out Salzberg if you have the opportunity! The actual salt mines are a trip! Not sure if you'd be interested in the convent from 'The Sound of Music', but the Mozart museum is there too.

Better late than never. That's good. You're probably in for some real-deal, local cooking then.

Yeah, especially since I'm more open to breakfast meals than diner meals.

Going to the Nikola Tesla Museum next week though.

The local food is funny, and Nik got it spot on. Just some random meat in bread, lol. Hard to tell what there is more of, random generic meat in bread, a pharmacy, or an exchange office on every block.

OTC codeine is nice though. It's mixed with caffeine and a little APAP. Nice pick me up for those 'occasional' hang overs. Only $.80-$.96 for 12 pills.
