Edit: So the battle field decided I can't go in! I used to have panic attacks about not getting enough sleep at night. So if I couldn't fall asleep, it used to be a big deal.

Stupid update queue not working >_<
So was I the only one that had to deal with stupid people on FFXI over the weekend? In all the years I've played, I've only added 4 people to my /blist (aside from a couple RMTs). Saturday that number increased to 7. I /blisted 3 people in one day. I had the worst JP pt of my life yesterday. We went to Yhoator at lvl 30... that camp ends at lvl 30 -.- Also the ldr was a JP who tried to pull with bst. Also he gave me ***when i did the pulling and got hit with dream flower. Finally he decided when he pulled to use an IT mandy to pull netting us a beastly 30 xp each for 5-6 pulls. Well Has's LS had several people that needed it. We all start heading up. First thing that ticked me off was that the group basically ignored me. They didn't realize that I was leading the static that Has was a part of. Even after finding out they ignored me. I asked to farm a scale (for my runs today) while waiting on people to get through the CS. They ignored me. So after that I asked which way they were going. For some reason one of the people decided to insult me at that point. On the way up I asked to stop and wait on someone that had just signed in. They ignored me again. We finally made it to the top and they kicked Iza from the PT of people that needed it to replace her with someone from their LS. I didn't agree because from their attitude up to that point I expected them to bail on me before the second run. Well one of their other members decided to insult me at that point. I disbanded the alliance and then disbanded my PT. Added those two to my /blist. So I work on rebuilding a PT to get through it. One of the people that came to help was making some crude jokes. I asked him to stop. He then got angry and decided to insult me and Iza. I booted him from the PT and /blisted. Needless to say 4-2 didn't get done Saturday. Short version: People are ***. I did get to do Nyzul for the first time Friday night. Saturday I got to 74. Yesterday morning I did campaign for my last 6.5k to 75. Got a PT and got 11k into 75. Man, that sucks. I called the water department back home to get my bill straightened out (the one that the previous tenants didn't pay). I give them my address here in New Orleans to mail be a bill so I can pay it. Saturday I get a letter from a collections agency about the bill. They hadn't even warned me that it was a possibility. I'll be calling them today to yell at them at some point. |
