Just a ho-hum one this weekend. Volleyball has ended since most the gals we were playing with are back at work making preparations for the school year. Looked at some houses and lounged around for the most part.

A bit of a few things. Mostly, I started going to the gym to run, and that literally leaves me with splitting headaches and makes me feel dead as a door for a few hours until I finish digesting something salty and take a nap.
On the plus, *** boom, that weight plateau broke like a charm. Used to struggle to break 1 mile. Almost broke 3 again today. So that's *** cool. Amazing what happens when you drop... 19% of your mass.
