Try to act normal.... Our son has been dating the same girl for about six months or so and somewhere in there she basically moved in with us. She seems like a nice kid, I got nothing against her...
So our son tells us her parents want to meet with us and so we agree to all go out to dinner together.... Simple enough, I suppose, and I am wondering out loud to my wife as to why they would want to meet with us. We don't have girls and I assume her dad is just trying to make sure his little girl is ok.
When we meet he says something like "well, it's abut time we met" and I am thinking "really?..why?" but I am telling myself just try to act normal... Her mom has adopted a defensive body stance with her arms folded in front of her and shoots unnoticed looks at her husband when he says things like "we are going to my wife's son's, from a previous relationship, birthday party tomorrow, he is 27" and I think I let my own expression get away from me a little but quickly snap back thinking jebus 27? how old was she when she had him 13?...
But we talk about manly things like work, the wife says almost nothing and it's clear this meeting was his idea. And then he starts talking about our son and his future and such... It dawns on me that he has already taken a shine to our boy... I think he is already planning the wedding. He wants to meet our son's friends, throw him a graduation party, help him get into college... call him dad? I think to myself....
He doesn't know my son, he knows what his daughter tells him with goo goo eyes about how dreamy he is... They don't know it's a struggle to get him to take a shower on a regular basis and making him clean up after himself is like pulling souvenir teeth out of living sharks for a living and it will be a full blown church recognized miracle if he graduates this year because his grades are so bad...
Not only does her dad have the cart before the horse, he has it filled with wedding presents... great. And he is big *** probably six three 250, a natural born factory worker and if things go south my son is in for a serious choking and old fashioned *** whooping... meh, it will be good for him...
Meanwhile the two young lovers are staring at each other across the table blissfully unaware....
I may need to have a talk with the boy... little does he know.

Met a gfs entire family on Christmas day once. They seemed to like me but I was still nervous. Had met the mom n dad already. I think things went OK. Didn't embarrass myself to my knowledge. Still a nerve wracking memory.

I stayed in touch with the girl for a short time after that through a friend but she eventually got sucked back into the fold and married off to some guy 20 years her senior...

Kungfu is the LS nutjob, spouting super random things that are usually sexist, until Savvy or Alyria comes into the room. Then he's a classic case of sexual harrassment. Rumaha is also true to the second part; we're wondering about his sexuality though.

Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
