I only have to pay like 200$ for my credit card to be paid off. I haven't changed my credit limit since i hit 18 (it's at 250 right now) I hate thinking I'm in debt. I get ya... my parents beat that ***into my head and I was able to save up enough for my first purchase put about 40% down... my little brother didn't though... he only put about 15% down and now they make you take up that PMI ***... the even shittier thing is he put another 10k towards his home to get out of the PMI and they revalued his house and said he still needs another 2k now... *** ridiculous...

I got pretty lucky in the parental department... my dad was a real hard guy but in the end you always knew he was there for you and no matter how much you disagreed with him he was looking out for you... it always sucks that you have to grow up before you realize that ***...
I *** hate moving too and I pretty much lived in the same place all the time... last place I was at just sold all the funriture with the house lol... that or I will pay someone to move... but packing and god it just all blows... helped my parents move last year too... Yeah... it is nice to settle down and establish something... give em some kind of normalcy and establish friendships and such... I'm more pissed than he is lol... I was going to go in there for him but I can't do anythign without him lol... I was going to lend him the cash but he wouldn't take it lol... said he would have it in a month and take care of it then... they're in pretty good shape though... they make good money together... only thing holding em back is they have the mortgage and his wife went to school forever... so I imagine her loans are pretty high... they're in hawaii now for their spring break though lol..

Skull, you're an estimator, right? Does your company have GPS tracking on your work phones? If it's a matter of you being tardy after going on-site they should be able to look it up to validate that you weren't just goofing off.
Like Mos said, most of our PMs get leeway if they can argue their case, and the GPS can be very advantageous in that argument.
