I'm looking at the skills and plotting how I want my classes to be.

So I was looking at Force / Techer skills... NO WONDER They do so much god damn damage. Christ almighty. for instance: Techer - Dark path -- Poison Ignition Explodes poisoned enemies, inflicting massive damage. Poisons enemies caught in the explosion. Then you have this ***on Force: Photon Flare Temporarily sacrifice maximum HP in exchange for raised Technic attack power. Photon Flare Advance Further increases Technic attack when Photon Flare is activated. Well VP gave me a warning about my tardiness and wants me to respond back in writing what time I will be entering the office from now on.
Well.....now I am thinking of turning over a letter of resignation. Why? Cuz *** that ***yo. Is this cutting off my nose to spite my face? Maybe. *** it. Skull One goes out on top and in control. Skull One goes out on top and in control. tell him anywhere between 9-10am and see how that goes first, lol. seriously though, I had the same problem a few years ago, & my response was: "is my performance suffering because I show up @ 8:30 and not 7am?" no "can I be reached by phone before 8:30am?" yes "what's the *** problem?" maybe none....

That's the killer too. My performance is great. To me at least. Very little surfing net. Minus this place and that has gone down to 20% of what it was. Not abukng company computers cuz I do my surfing on phone. Like now max 10 texts during work hours. I'm busy working not *** around. N I'm getting my ***done. I stay later than everyone else....really? OK resigning.

I've had some of my guys (after hours) talk about doing all kinds of random drugs, & all I can think is, "well if his performance is affected, that's the reason to shitcan a guy. idgaf if you're on meth 24/7 as long as you get your work done, & not get hurt on the job." edit* and never come over to my house.

I don't get why you're so upset about it... so what if they call you out on being tardy... like Mosin said make your case about it... As for performance who knows how they feel about it... to some people punctuality is extremely important...
You're uncle wants to buy a house and has the money but doesn't want to put his name on it? He have no credit or something? Also, yes if you quit your job it will not reflect well upon obtaining a loan... Yah helping my uncle out. Yes punctuality is important to him. Toe getting the job done is more important. I know my stubborn pride is fueling my resignation to this insult to me. Trying hard to turn the other cheek cause my uncle and his family housing dream are at stake.
Yeah and you will not be able to get the loan without a job... other thing is... will this be your primary residence? I helped my brother out with this as well... there's a bunch of questions they ask you and such and it affects taxes and other things...
Getting the job done and done right maybe be higher up on his list of importance but it's not ridiculous for them to ask you to be on time as well... pretty common actually... If he's asking for a response in writing it could be something leading up to action being taken against you as well... when they start to document stuff like that it's usually for that reason... so if you write back saying you'll be in at 8 and you still show up everyday at 8:30... they'll have your own words to use against you... Aye I am aware they will use that against me. Hence why I am very upset at this. I want to deny them the pleasure. Common to be o. Time? Yes. Out of 20 days in 4 weeks of work I am late by 10-15 minutes on 4 days....I don't think its a huge deal to be fussing over. The more I dwell on it the more I am going to resign immediately. Lol this thinking is not helping.
Nope house won't be my residence. I mean it may not seem like a big deal but if that were common occurrence I'd probably sit down and talk with you about it myself if I were your supervisor...
When you go to get a mortgage they'll ask you if it's your primary residence... you can lie and say it will be but theat will probably get you into trouble down the road... If you list it at your secondary residence then you will have to let them know that you can finance both... they'll ask about your primary residence and how much you pay in rent or martgage on that one and then examine that with the your income information that you provide to them... Then there's the down payment... if your uncle is going to front the moeny for the down payment I recomend either getting that money into your account now in preperation or get readdy for the not so difficult but annoying gifting process... I just fronted the money and had my brother pay me back... I guess it depends on the bank you use too... get readyy for the annoying process of becoming a homeowner though lol... as the purchaser you have to deal with everything though... your name is on the deed and the insurance so it's something you have to commit to for a long time... well unless they can pay it off quickly... so unless you make bank... this will inhibit your opportunities to own your own home as well... at least for a bit... the stupid bank is dicking me out of a whole nother house with all the *** interest.
