I know most of you don't play XI anymore, but Ist logged me on this morning and found the Ark Scythe and Moogle Masque ... I know its not rank 1, 2, or 3, but I'm pretty jazzed!

Last night, I decided to start a game and play a little differently than usual. I am usually very very passive, and only focus on improving my cities and building culture. This time I decided to do that while still being aggressive, especially early. I found that later, defending is just way too easy due to city improvements and how well defensive units scale, even if they're old (like a musketman or pikeman vs a tank and the tank can lose).
Basically, as soon as I found another civ, I instantly attacked them. Started a bronze age war! Good news, I found iron and made swordsman which really tipped it in my favor. I hit him hard but didn't wipe him out. Later on I decided it was time to see if I could finish the job. I roll in with crusaders and gunpowder units, they defend with pikemen and spearmen. I wiped out all but 3 of their cities, which I have to get to via ships. Don't worry, I plan on doing that later ;) Anyway, I want to see how this affects my score at the end. I usually win (except that freak time they voted someone else head of UN, which is an instant win o.o) but my end rating is never very good. Maybe I just need to be a *** to get a better rating lol. tl;dr: Attack ALL the cities!

Successful bombing runs can drop a unit to 1 hp. Civ is a ball, I've been playing 4 for a while, but then bought 5, & am too dumb to get it to run on my PC. Idk if I remember 3. If I still have it, we should get together Dame.
I only have IV atm... and II maybe... I'd have to look again but definitely a fun series...

Lately, I've been watching people streaming the game DayZ (Zombie survival mod for Arma 2) and most of the time, it's *** hilarious because people would log onto the streamers' server and snipe them and the streamers would rage lol
Last night I saw someone nuke (I swear I thought it was a missile launcher) a building with like 20 zombies near it (and the streamer). It was great lol. |
