ok I lied on one part, a nice O scope and multimeter and signal generator can get pricey, but I could probably sell some of my older games and equipment to justify it, I won't really need anything but a multimeter to build a few things to earn some capital though.
I hope I do better in C than basic though, I won't enjoy programming more in assembly though... (for school)
Not sure why I'm planning for a 4 year when I plan to go into business for myself, guess it's good to have a backup plan.

Just to point out the obvious. Multiple people misinterpreted what you wrote. Typically that is because of how the writer (you) presents themselves to the audience (us). This is what this entire conversation started with. You need to know your audience and adapt your style to work with them. I disagree, people need to acquire some reading comprehension...

also: taking it out of context, isn't an issue of the writer.
I'm making a lot of assumptions here but if he's going to be "designing electronics" and he would be his only employee... that would most likely mean that he would be selling the design to some corporation... He wouldn't have a huge market there... Either way his work would be for naught because he believes in the freedom of information so they would just obtain his designs online and use them to make a different version that they could design/market/distrubute themselves and just cut him out... that was an idea, and there's a difference between freedom of information for the end user and for profit, as long as somebody isn't profiting from my designs (which would have to be released somehow anyway, aka sold) so no, although they probably would try, and then they'll be sued like every other corporation is. Now if somebody were to find a way to use my devices for other purposes, and released the information to the public domain, as long as they weren't profiting idc. I do hope you see the difference.You said there should be freedom of information and that the information obtained creates innovation and competition... If you notice I didn't say steal your design and use it for profit... I was saying that they would obtain all the information on it and then use it to design their own and leave you out in the cold lol...

considering a good O scope is under 1k, and I have hundreds, I can at least get most of the money for an O scope that way, and I have a multimeter that will suffice for now.
A signal generator is all I need, and I won't need that for my first design, although I'll go look up how much one is real quick, afk.

not bad really, there's some higher O scopes that are high though, tbh my largest limitation is my lack of 3d modeling skills to make cases, so while I can make the electronics, I have no means to make the cases, so either I'll have to learn, partner with somebody who can, or outsource it.
I'll just have to chose.

Also, equipment maintenance. I'm sure that costs a lot too.
And that's probably just hitting the cover of expenses for someone who wants to be self-employed, especially when it deals with technology.

Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
