I miss old content SOOOOO bad -.-;
I still have no urge to return. I feel strong! Ruh ruh ruh.
I've basically designated Abyssea in two life like situations:
1) Abyssea is like jerking off. Yeah, it'll get you what you want quickly, but to what avail in the grand scheme of things? 2) Abyssea is like eating pizza every day. It's yummy and delicious and super awesome the first week or two. But after that it'll grow old, stale, and gross over a long enough time line.

Would O kotes still be worth it to get even for NIN80 for like WS? or is there something better?

Having a wellgeared scholar meant something back in the day, and it was actually a challenge to gear well. Now everyone and their grandmother has one and end up barely playing it. I may just hold out to see what SE will do. All the elemental OBIs- check! All the Trial staves +2'd - check! All the appropriate merits - CHECK! All the right macro'd gear sets for *ahem* curing, enhancing, enfeebling, divine, elemental, and hi resist mobs completed and working proper- CHECK CHECK --owait..mine never work right :P It is still something to have scholar completed and played /geared properly...however these scholars who never blink and nuke a thunder 4 with a WIND STAFF on and say " Nukes suck in abyssea without proper atmas" make me facepalm and lawl....hard. (yes that happened). Balls to the easy mode..you can make your own challenges and have fun with the game.. think its to easy mode?
