Hello, I was just looking for some information on the relevance of meriting the geomancy and handbell skills, how the two categories directly impact geomancers, in regards to potency, magic accuracy etc., thank you.

Pretty sure with 8/8 in both you reach a new tier but i cant remember where i saw it. Thats why the cape is kinda meh atm
