Stuck In A Cutscene Loop

At the end of ToAU Mission 15 The Black Coffin my game froze up during the final cutscene after the battle. Upon rebooting and relogging once the game load it automatically loads into said cutscene where it proceeds to freeze again. Tried running in Windows XP compatibility mode (normally using Windows 7 64-bit) to no avail. Even updated my xbox to try to at least get past this and warp to Jeuno but this also freezes.

Read up on freezing in cutscenes like this but only found questions pertaining to PS2 users. If anyone has had this happen or knows what I should do I'd appreciate it greatly!

Try a file check? If that doesn't work, then yeah. You'll need to use a different machine to log in and finish the cs. If you don't have another console or PC with FFXI, you can give your login info to a friend like Josi said.

Tried again on xbox and it froze same spot in the cs. Tried a third time on xbox and it advanced to the next cs. Skipped through it as quickly as possible to warp to safety in Jeuno haha.

Not sure what the problem is but it all works now. Thanks for the advice guys!

I was stuck in a cutscene loop in my mog garden, the moogle kept wanting to give me items at the end of it so id have to watch the whole thing again. I couldnt enter the shop to sell anything, access mog house, I had no warp on me and my inventory was full. Few hours passed on the island as I was contemplating what to do, eventually I buckled and dropped an Arrowwood log :/

you cant use warp or warp items in garden and you do know the boat there can take you back? xD

Ah everything I was clicking was redirecting me to the moogle until I had spammed through all those quests, I didnt realise the boat would of let me leave sooner. Thought I was stuck until I dropped something. That happened a few days ago now, im over the loss of the log just I saw the title of this thread and thought id share.
