This happens when you switch between 2 instances of the game (I'm guessing you do this with the reference to 2 monitors) or even if you only have 1 instance running, but its in windowed mode (not necessarily Windower, but SE Windower does it too).
It happens to me quite often as well - as to the aggro, a lot of mobs will deaggro if you continue running depending on how they track etc, would think you aggro'd a worm or bat and somehow outran it - 'tis the only logical solution. Unless you poswarped somehow, but then... I suspect you would've been busted by the GM XD How could u blame Canada? They've done nothing!! Ever!!

I ain't running multiple instances, but yeah, run windowed mode. It's just weird in that I couldn't break it no matter what I did, switch for first person, mash movememt keys...I even tried resting and just got right back up and started running again. Never before have I worked somewhere where people were so open with smoking...I think there was like 6 people out of 40 that didn't smoke there lol working with a buncha potheads?
