Go talk to Sylvie in West Adoulin. She'll ask you to bring Petrified Wood and a handful of homeland dirt.
The dirt can be found in your HOMETOWN's Teleport Crystal, under the steps.
Windurst > Teleport-Mea

Go back to Sylvie, she'll tell you to find an Ergon Locus and /rest at it. It is located at K-10, on an island at the south eastern most beach in Ceizak Battlegrounds. /heal there for 5 minutes, or until you see the message "You feel a mystical warmth welling up inside of you."
Go back to Sylvie.
You'll get your first bell and your first spell, Indi-Poison.
Vendors right across from Sylvie sell Indri and -ra type spells.
Geo-____ spells are found by visiting Geomantic Reservoirs scattered about the middle lands.

Scrolls for Indi and -ra lines are sold across from her, but where are the Geo- spells?
The scrolls for this job are located at Vendors near the quest npc in stalls. One of the also has the Foil spell for RUN
