Strining Pummel set
I need a set for stringing pummel, and i need to know if the set i made for it is acceptable. I dont have these pieces yet, i just need to know if i need to change anything on it.
Sea gorget, rajas, rancor cape, cirque boots and on matching days Athos gloves.
Seems like Pantin/Karagoz/Vellanus backs(Don't know if I spelled any of those right) would be a better option over Prodigious, even with the Vit mod on Pummel.
Maybe some other newer back pieces for Pup WS but haven't looked in to anything in a year or more. edit: Oh that's right, Rancor is all jobs. Well that then. And if nothing else, upgrade to brawny adargas.

When did Stringing Pummel gain an element? o.O Tju Medal > Sea Gorget if you don't need the accuracy. I think Epona's & Rajas still good to WS in, I need to recheck that though for SP... been working on VS mostly b/c Verethragna... Athos gloves work based on the element of the skillchain, not for elemental weaponskills only, so for SP it's earthsday, firesday and darksday.
As for neck gorget is better on anything higher than dyna mobs I think. This is my current Stringing Pummel set up (yes, i do use it occasionally even with a 90 Verethragna, even though the item set list only shows a level 80)
As far as i know, Stringing Pummel doesn't have an fTP transfer, so a gorget wouldn't really do that much to boost it's ws power. If anything, a Crit neck would probably do more in place of the gorget. I might be wrong, but that's ok. I've been wrong before, and i'll get over it. As you can see, i'm pretty heavily loaded down with STR, with some pretty minimal (i think -5VIT) gear for VIT. Then again, my pummels tend to average higher, consistent numbers, but Smite does higher spike, and ODD aftermath. Popped the spreadsheet and this is the best it says:
Vere/deluxe Nemetona/gorget/brutal/ghillie+1 Metanca/athos-mustela/epona/rajas Rancorous/prosilio/abatteur/cirque Not accounting salvage. edit: actually Myrmex seem better. Mustela > myrmex? What was your target?
Edit: My bad didnt see your edit til after i posted I added an edit later, I forgot pup could use myrmex.
The DA-5% is really going to hurt your WS damage though, because it can proc on any to all of the first 3 hits.
If Pup can wear the Caudata belt, which i don't think they can, that might just be best in slot, unless you toss on an elemental belt to pair with the gorget. I need a soil gorget for my stardiver set now anyways, might as well get since i should be using it for pummel Pup has low attack, it's what makes prosilio good for it. Although in dyna Wanion should be good.
Personally, i'd still rather the DA+5% than the 25 attack, since the DA will do more, or atleast, should do more, for anything you're soloing.
Acording to spreadsheets, usukane body +1 or Toci's Harness, wich works better for SP?
As /thf in dyna it gives me Toci, on higher targets /war Usu.

It's easy to add gear to them yourself.

I get this being best possible set:
Thaumas/Gorget/Brutal/Moonshade Matanca/Athos/Spiral/Epona's Rancorous/Ele.Belt/Athos/Thaumas If dDEX is capped, you gain damage by swapping Thaumas feet out for Omodaka.
