Good luck finding one that sticks together past the leaders empy, I'm 0 for 5 on Empy statics that have stuck around long enough for us to finish more than one.

This happens so/to often. Best way to get one done is get a friend or two you have known for a awhile and work together to get it done. Usually friends are less likely to run off after theirs is done. Or level a second character and dual box it. Then you can finish it and run off on yourself. Ima start my Masa saturday. *shrug*
I honestly find that pugging the NM and offering the +2's/win/atmas usually works fine, took me about a week to pug my 50 Bukhis wings.
The way I run is everyone get same number of items in a rotation... I am usually not the first one to receive items. I find this the fairest
It is, but people will always try and be greedy and want their ***done first.
