Inb4 this turns into a cricket thread.
Sadly that was gonna be my next deadbeat joke before Bedrin dropped his nuts :(

And I'm still yet to know what the *** a gora is. google involves getting up

So I see you are throwing out tasteless jokes and seem to be getting upset because people aren't laughing with you. You know, I know, we all know that you just destroyed any credibility you may have had in any sort of discussion in this thread because you are being a ***. You are also trying to do damage control which in my opinion is on the level of a 5 year old child trying to tell his parents that he didn't take the cookie from the cookie jar.

Please stop posting before you make yourself look more like a fool than you already are.

If you're either Indian/Bengali/Pakistani you'd be able to understand what I just said, which clearly is in the title of this thread so I don't have to make myself clear or translate anything in my thread...

So if you'll excuse us :)

That wasn't so hard! :D

I'm not upset that people aren't laughing along with me at all, I chuckled myself at it which in my eyes was a bonus to seeing Bedrin crying.

Plus I did ask a valid question after I stated it was a joke, unless people can't tend to read which I'd expect no less from this thread. /oops tastelessjokeemote /sarcasm

But I would like the question answered as it was puzzles me.

(Oh I'm not going to attack you back because you're just a forum superhero)

I think it's inaccurate to say that Indians/Pakistanis really dislike each other esp older people, from my experience that isn't really the case. Especially in the UK as people from India/Pakistan/Bangladesh moved at a similar time and helped each other out and setup communities etc. From my own experience there isn't hatred there's lifelong friendships and a shared culture/understanding.

You must have a terrible personality to want to cause pain to others by being a *** and laughing at their dismay. I hope somebody loves you irl because if not you are probably a very sad individual.

You should also learn how to use google if you do not understand something. And it helps not to be a douche when asking for said information.

In the same way you find pleasure in causing dismay, I find satisfaction in restoring order.

I mean I haven't witnessed the senior people with this attitude myself however living in London, I have a ton of Indian and Pakistani friends. Some stories have just sorta convinced me in the way they talk about each other or what they're grandparents/parents think/say about the others. Meh was curious to why. Or some sort of reason

@Marquiss
I have a very unfair/morbid humour type I guess which sensitive people like to cry over but it's whatever, and yes I have many people who love me sorry.

In my post asking why each of the races tend to dislike each other where was I a douche? Didn't think I was at all it was a basic question from my own experience. Buck up son and drop it you've had your superhero moment now you can run along.

Your prior statements prove otherwise.

You should learn the definition of tact before you try to speak to the masses. You also seem to be lacking in character and knowledge considering that you have been recycling the same insults over and over. Pick up a thesaurus one day, maybe you might learn something.

Honestly, i felt that way when i was younger, only because im part indian (because im from fiji) always felt like i couldn't fit in because they were full indian, and always felt like i couldn't even fit in with fijians because i was part indian (they arent too fond of other races, only because most islanders consider anyone not a native an intruder/tourist.)
Most indians here(in cali), that i noticed. seem to be really rude, like if u say hi or hello they just ignore you or walk away, Or speak badly of you thinking that you don't understand them when u really do.
But over time I met several who are actually quite nice. :)

Then you met me <3 Nah I know what you mean I had a really diverse group of friends and honestly up until 18/19 most of my friends weren't Indian/Pak/Bong I really didn't get on with them or relate to them. But now most of my friends are Bengali :S

You're still carrying on being a keyboard warrior after I explained my view that I have possibly a morbid/untactful sense of humour? Brownie points don't get given round here.

It's fine, I'm happy with myself I don't need someone above everyone else advising me on how to improve my persona.

Like I said before, I dropped it after the point I just explained and I did ask a valid question without being a *** so you was wrong in my eyes maybe not yours. That's it agree to disagree.

You said the same thing again but reworded.

2/10 UNSATISFACTORY.

I think only thing i could really dislike about my culture though,
is how the elders/older people seem to treat us young folks.
Like my uncle for example, the fact that im not a pharmacist/doctor/lawyer/ or some sort of sterotypical career. Seems to bother him so much, he points out that i'm ruining my life trying for something artsy lol. Like they look down upon you because you don't want to be any of that. Another thing also, is being a female and not wanting to get "arranged marriage", it took my mom yrs to get over that whole idea.

I can see why they say it, it's a really typical mindset of the people in the East. And I think it just boils down to the fact that they want us to have the opportunities they didn't, especially education.

Indian weddings/ parties and "poojas"
segregating has been something i had trouble with also lol.
When all the females would hang and gossip, I'd go hangout with all my guy family memebers and talk about videogames. I'd get yelled at by all the older ladies. LOL I'd also sit next to my dad during pooja ceremonies. Some would say I'm being disrespectful but honestly what harm does it do to sit next to your dad? lol

That is true, its always their way this that and the other... If you try to change the "tradition" it does hurt alot of things, but its everywhere even my parents now, im 25! ... and will prob's be getting arranged marriage'd ... But its also exciting, u dont always have to accept their way, aslong as you're doing it in a way that doesnt affect your families status? <.>?

It always feels so awkward going over to "the other side" but I don't give a ***about it personally. But I respect the fact that if people want it segregated then that's their choice especially at a special occasion and they want to dress a certain way without having to worry about modesty/respect etc.
