Cats eye is considered a quest item so cannot be sent via delivery box. It's also on the dev list of non transferable.
Thought I'd get them last minute, then got called out to work late last night. Got home, too tired, went to bed.
Did I wake up in time to buy this morning? Nope. Didn't even remember I needed to get them. So calling my numbers here now: 42984, 73199, 82016, 00583, 22981, 66488, 12053, 77026, 52286, 43882

My whm mule will be winning 10 mythics in short order. Sirens new #1 player will have all of three outpost warps, no quested weaponskills, and an expired mog locker. Then ill be able to afk in style!
