I do not in any way endorse this website nor do I endorse any of these PC's.

I did not do any work past looking up "Gamer Build" PC's and in the lower modest price range.

Note- Not all of these systems are Windows 7, some are W8, please read through with care.

These should give you an alternative to the other sites listed, keep in mind this is an online shopping website, free shipping is offered on some models. Though the prices may be a little higher than what you want or what other places offer, I have had no bad experiences using Tiger Direct and everything I've ordered came to me in mint condition, had no problems keeping track of orders, and nothing has been delivered late. (Keep in mind I build PC's so I've never purchased a built PC from them).

::TigerDirect::

I do endorse ASUS motherboards though, Damn Fine (Outstanding) pieces of work given you put $$ into one.

it also only comes with 1333 mhz ram.

this computer is very very far from ideal from a builders perspective, but for somebody who does not want to build, it's really not that bad for what you get.

found a much better one.

good CPU and a SATA3 HDD lol.

the only downside is it's 100$ more and the gpu is complete garbage really, so would probably need to spend 80~100$ on a better gpu later on.

really hard to find premades worth a *** with the OP's budget lol. -.-;

I could get the parts for cheaper, and it's still not "good"

it kind of is...

slightly better cpu, otherwise about the same.

still not worth it, and ugh Windows 8 again...

So, I don't know anything about gaming computers or components. I have always played on consoles and do not even own a computer. I would like to get one primarily to play FFXI. So are any of these Black Friday deals worth it? Or any links to something better in this price range you guys have seen?

Also on the offchance I would ever want to play FF14 or a current generation game, would any of these even play it? (Again main focus, is FFXI, just curious on FF14.

looks like the more expensive the machine, the better graphics card that they've put in it.
any one of those will play XI well.
They'll also play 14 altho at lower settings than max.

So which is better? HD 7450 or 3000 IGP? I think I am leaning towards that 3rd option HP computer. It has a PCIe x16 2.0 slot so I should be able to just buy a new graphics card to play FF14? Also, what is the difference between PCIe 2.0 and 3.0? 2.0 is plenty right?

PCIe 3.0 is really only going to help you if you're using a GTX670 or better, or a Radeon HD7970. Even then the difference is marginal.

The Radeon 7450 is about equal to the Intel HD3000 IGP.

If you like Radeon graphics on a tight budget I'd suggest getting a Radeon 7770 or above for FF14.

Here's a great deal on a HD7770 GHz Edition that is pretty high quality.
Sapphire AMD Radeon HD7770 GHz Edition

However there's a GTX560ti 36% off if you so wish to go with Nvidia (which I suggest since this card supports PhysX) and I guarantee this will outperform the 7770 by a longshot, and play anything you throw at it in 1080p.
EVGA GTX560ti FPB

i'd pretty much always go with an add-in graphics card over integrated motherboard graphics.
