I will admit it was a tearjerker, which then made me listen to the english full version song Volk posted a few days ago.

That aside, i can almost hear Asuna's voice in Amanda Lee's voice. But who would play Kirito?

Yeah yeah, before the oversealousness of "Original JP dub > English Dub" debate, i honestly have many series that i enjoyed equally in english and japanese.

Was against sub anime for years and years. Now I default to it. I'll still watch English for things like Dragonball Z and things I already watched in English before switching over to subs, but for the most part, if I have a chance to watch it subbed, I do.

I still have no problem with English though, so I can go either way.

I just watch it on a free anime site, so it's easy to watch as much anime as i want, that i don't already have on dvd/bluray

Heh same... actually on several occasions have during this series... probably why its so freaking epic, because its able to touch me that deeply i'm wondering how far they plan to take the anime though just started reading into ALO portion (read the side stories even though i saw the anime first still worth reading reguardless)

Heh its so wierd too haven't felt this way about any anime or manga for years, yeah i have a whole slew of series that i follow and love to death but SAO just some how tops em all...

I wonder if it has anything to do with the conditions coupled with the fact that we live in a time period heavily saturated by MMO's as such its really easy to relate to the series as they did a good job at portraying the game elements while keeping with the story.

So Sword Art Online has been an amazing series thus far. I want to admit though that SAO kinda steals some elements from the whole MMO coma thing from .hack// but definitely takes it a lot further with better plot/character development. I kinda of want to turn back time since its kinda funny how an anime of an MMORPG got me into the MMORPG community in the first place. I think animes such as .hack//(Insert Series Here) and SAO have probably depicted what we wish MMOs could be in the future or near future. Am I the only one who feels this way?
