Macchi Gazlitah

I'm trying to buy buffalo meat from this dumb NPC, but she wont get her last "shipment" that allows her to sell the meat nor the spells etc she gets. I can get to her second shipment that allows her to sell the other 3 items, but never the next one. Wiki says I need to spend roughly 250k to unlock her last shipment, and well I've spent well over 250k on numerous tries for this. I've seen a JP unlock it before, but didn't ask how. Could anyone inform me about how to unlock the last shipment Please?

So from what i'm guessing is if she sells buffalo meat after JP midnight, and than no one buys from her for a few hours and her stock goes back to the 1st shipment when she only sells 3 things, she cant sell it again till the next JP midnight starts no matter if you spend "roughly" 250k again? I guess i'll have to try this right after JP midnight than. That is the only thing I can really think of :(

Any one have any advice for this NPC? I've waited and dumped well over one million gil into getting tier 3 items but she never goes above level 2. I've read her page on both wikis and I still feel like something isn't working correctly. Any ideas?

Seen her shop at 3 many times. Should be as simple as stated.

There's a delay of course. Buy your 300k and come back in a hour.

I did this a few months ago. I feel like I overspent, maybe 500k-1M, but the timer is definitely awkward. (Not based on game day, but rather X minutes from the time the qualifying sale occurred).

Levels can only increase one at a time, you can't skip from level 1 to 3 immediately by paying more.

After leveling up, it won't level up to the next tier until 1 hour 5 mins of the current level has passed. However, at the same time, a timer starts once a new level has been reached after the 1 hour 5 min mark which reduces the gil spent over the cap for the level to 0 every second. If that reaches 0, it levels down.

So, to go from 1 to 3; spend 10k or more to get level 2, wait 1 hour 5 mins, immediately buy 20k worth or more of goods to get it to level 3. Wait 1 hour 5 mins. Buy 30k worth of goods to get it to level 4. Better to overpay to get the timer higher so it doesn't hit 0 and reset the level.
