Is there a way to make the newest post show first?

A bit annoying when PMs start hitting page 2 and then you have to click page 2 every time or start a new PM, where as if the newest showed first, then it wouldn't matter how many pages the PM became

I also find it very annoying when a conversation gets so long that it would be better to just start a new PM conversation than keep scrolling down or a new page.
