What's the best way to get GP? It seems to be the limiting factor for me as I try to upgrade my cards.

I believe my ranking was at 1451 at the end. I finished my last fight with less than 30 seconds to go.
I couple days prior I managed to get down to 641, but then all the damn 5 star cards started showing up (fought one that had four 5 stars in there deck, 2 capped out already). I did very well considering I never had a single 5 star card in my deck. ^_^ *edit* Btw, where are people doing these trades/purchases you are talking about?
