Cigarettes don't legally impair my ability to function in society... Cigarettes won't get me fired from my job or kicked out of school... cigarettes won't land me in trouble with the law if I'm caught with it in doing so putting a permanent mark on my record fouling up all sorts of other things... cigarettes don't make me a bumbling idiot with the "munchies"... cigarettes (while harmful to breathe in as second hand smoke) don't get bystanders "high" as well... You don't have to buy cigarettes from shady dealers lol... with cigarettes you're not contributing to illegal drug trafficking and supporting illegal groups and their activities...

Well, that actually is just concauction ODing. That's like people that take forms of codeine and OD because of drinking alcohol with it. The codeine wasn't the problem in and of itself, it was the mixture causing the normal dosage of medicine to have too great an effect on the body.

The study is pure BS? because people in this thread don't realize their are limitations on the amount of THC a researcher can obtain.

Its not like you can just grow your own marijuana. I swear. People on these forums dish out so much criticism to the scientific community and don't take 2 seconds to look into guidelines and limitations scientific researchers have in the U.S.

Also. While testicular cancer is common. Do you know how difficult its going to be to find patients who do marijuana and have testicular cancer. Lets put ad out in the local newspaper and see how many replies you get on such a specific set of conditions. Also since she has to isolate causes. That means excluding any patients who have X,Y and Z conditions.

I smoke pot everyday but you would be stupid if anyone ever said inhaling smoke of any kind was good for you, Its common sense. Eating is a whole 'nother debate. I believe that MJ is mostly good for you if you were to take the smoke and detriment effects on your lungs out of the picture. I just cant see where weed, that can help so many people with glaucoma and those other diseases, could harm people. Plus zero people have ever died from overdosing on it and i mean ODing as in drinking too much alcohal.
