After you give him the change he proceeds to the vending machine and gets a 75 cent coke then leaves stopping to give you the left over quarter as a tip. Would you call the cops on this man. He gave you a $100 bill to make change with so the store does, in fact still have that 100 dollars just not in 1s and 5s and you didn't say how you would give him the change in 1s and 5s. Clearly don't know how to use the quote function.
