Almost everyone I've know with more than 2-3 cats has those exact same issues. I think it's just how they are. I have 2 cats and we have 2 literboxes because the female was afraid to go in the 1 box, almost like the mail was protecting it from her. They are brother and sister too -- both fixed.

You could also try:

http://www.amazon.com/Remote-Control-Training-Collar-Vibration/dp/B001LRLUPK

I know it's made for a 100 lb dog but I'm sure it will work just fine! At least make a video to show us what it does. (I've always wanted to try one on mine when they piss me off haha)

Please DO NOT do this, cats do not understand this type of training.

also Bekisa please do not adopt an animal anywhere, and if you do have one please relinquish it to the nearest humane society.

Guess that one went right over your head huh? But since you want to get rude on some simple sarcasm -- Please do not use the internet and if you have a computer please toss it in the nearest trash can.

Still having the pee issue, nothing seems to stop her from doing it.

Having to clean the stove, the coils, the drip-pans, and everything underneath twice a day is rather ridiculus.

One day in the future, maybe there'll be an app for smartphones that let us translate cat-language to always figure out what's wrong. :P

Was there anything that happened around the same time the peeing started? Get a new cat, lose a cat, throw out some old toys and what not. Cats are alot more complex socially then most people think so it could be anything causing it really. If possible you could try seperating them for a bit, if nothing else it should tell you for sure if its Mitzy or not thats peeing.

My cat will not use a litter box that has a cover or is in a hider.

If yours are similarly equipped, try removing the cover or take it out of the hider.

They have a dome thing over them, I'll try that.

The dome definetly could be it, what about the type of litter you are useing, has that changed at all. We had to use a different litter briefly and my cat just held it in then started going all over the place when she couldn't anymore.

Dome didn't matter to my cats, but the plastic cover flap on the front did, but yea you really should have at least 7 liter boxes to 7 cats, even at the very least 5 or 6, I've had ~5(2 Male 3 Female) cats in my house at one time, mostly 4(2 2) for a number of years, currently 2(1 1), and I've never had any problems with any of them spraying or going outside the box, I had 4 boxes with 5 cats, then 4 with 4, now 2 with 2.

I've always found spray bottles with a little vinegar teaches them quite well, or spray bottles in general. You can try that boundary stuff, have not heard of people using it first hand, though, a coffee can with pennies in it gets one of my cats(more for when hes on the counters or some ***though)
