PLD DD

An idea I've been playing with, and as you can see I'm lacking a couple of pieces, but I've got time to tweek it.



I'd like to try PLD GS in Legion when my LS goes to do some runs. I'm not sure how viable it is, but I would hazard a guess that having a GS wielding lummocks who can hit a macro and change to sword/shield might be useful, or at the very least fun.

Att on pld is so low not sure you'll do much damage at all in legion. Pld gs on fodder even sucks.

No not in legion. It pains me to say this but just because you can doesn't mean you should, leave dding to the real dds.

That's why I'm making a Caladbolg for now, I have DRK for Legion, but I also like to goof off on PLD, figured I'd go hit some mobs in aby and go "oooo purdy" with Torclever.

meh, i made a cala purely as a proc weapon for pld, i messed with it trying to dd but honestly Cdc will still out parse a 8 hit pld gs build.

Just leave gs for procs almace does more especially in abyssea.

I have Almace, it's a nice sword, really needs to be 90, but Apademak is such a pain in the nuts right now.

CDC is, sadly, more potent on a BLU, but still, I did notice I can keep AM2 up constantly on PLD, which is nice.

So, to adjust, for PLD DD, yeah, Almace/Ochain, keep AM2 up, and have fun.

Blu has more tools at its disposal but pld can still do 3-6k+ CDCs.

Generally use it for VW trolling and to prove how bad 99.9% of the DDs are that play this game.
