Windowed Option Not Working Right, Please Help

Ok my PC is connected to my 52" TV with resolution 1920x1080. I went under the FFXIV config and chose windowed mode then put in the window size as 1920x1080, hit save then started up the game. When the game comes up all I see is the top left corner really close up, shouldn't it show the the full screen with borders or am I missing something in the settings?

Is there a windower I can download maybe? I want to alt+tab out without having my game crash cause I'm using full screen till I figure this out

Gamers Window Relocator. It'll take away the borders but still run it in windowed mode. It's what I use to play XIV in fs on my other monitor and still be able to play other games fs on my main.

I use a simple script that removes borders and perfectly aligns the window to the screen so its full screen windowered. ect

So apparently I deleted the installation file and no one seems to have it hosted elsewhere....I'll keep looking though ><.

use ffevo windower, you can dualbox with it as well. It's just like ffxi windower

Thank you for all the help and links but none of this has worked. I don't understand what's going on at all windowed mode with the correct resolution should make it fit my screen with borders but every time I use it and tryed it with the above links it still does the same thing, when game starts up the window is zoomed in to the top left corner and I can drag the the window around and it's pretty huge so I dunno whats going on.... I use windower for XI and it works just fine, guess I'm just screwed ><.
