Has anyone tried using this with a decked set up out side of Abysea? Would it be a waste of time out side of Abysea vs Upheaval decked out?

Edit: In before "Dies Irae is not a decked set up."

there was a war using one of those axes in the akvan I was at earlier today and he didn't cap acc. Thats only going to get worse as you fight harder VW mobs. If you are fighting lvl 75 content its probably fine.

Also, it is cheating to inb4 the correct answer.

what was his gear quality like and food and how bad was his accuracy?
I only saw his upheval set (which was slightly subpar). I think he had stalwarts, not using acc food, not sure on gear. It was like 4 hours before this thread got posted so at the time I hadn't thought it was all that important :/

The selling point of Dies Irae is the crit rate and damage boost, sooooooo Upheaval can gtfo.

Should be using a Ukon or something anyway if you're serious about WAR.

It's a decent AH GAXE for spamming RR if WAR isn't your blinged out job. Absolutely not useful on anything more then 6 or so levels above you, so Jueno T3~T5 is about the highest you can go until you need to consider accuracy food.
