As far as proc rates, OP, there have been lots of tests with varying results. The "best" one suggests what I said, ~1.9 attacks per round, which is roughly consistent with the "thrown around values" of 30/20/10 for 2/3/4 assuming that OA4 takes priority over OA3 etc (mathematically this would be 1.876 attacks per round).
I'm sorry if I am coming off as taking this the wrong way or something, but the OP asked a polite question and I don't see any reason for him to be mocked. If he is wrong, explain why, no reason for every thread to turn into the FFXI Answers from wikia.

Also your going to take some one seriously who puts in gear on the gear sets they post which they can't even use.... which is total fail in the first place... With the fact the job in question has seriously high lvls of double att which if I am not mistaken takes priority of OAT weapons and YET....................... Maybe its because of the manner in which you take a stance upon.
You seem like a guy who loves to take pride in making points but frankly all your points so far have been worthless. In this thread you have added no value what so ever, all you have simply done is QQ. I tell you what... why don't you answer the OP with a legit answer?
