It's random. It may raise the chance of one shotting you the lower % HP it gets but I got hit with a 5K and 50K @80%+. But a lot of 700~2.8Ks in that range too.

Ya I'm not sure if the chances of higher numbers gets higher as his HP gets lower, but either way, it's clear that people weren't just recording/keeping track of their 75% non weakened HP+ numbers in their "0/20" tests. So all we have thus far are 0/2-3 tests..

Ya I skimmed over that. Not sure how much "in the red" she was put by each T5 nuke.

It suggest that the ring has a greater than 75% hp proc minimum however.

I was going to start with higher than max hp to find max proc rate, then work my way down to determine proc hp %.
