How do I get the a abyssite to proceede with jeunos branch?
I defeted all the nms in each tier for the 3 cities . But abyssite show as Tier IV. Now when i talk to the sandy vw guy, he says an operation is commencing at king ranperes tomb. Do i have to redo the T5 nm now?

After defeating the 3 T4 city NMs, you need to go to the veridical conflux in Pashhow in the past for a cutscene. Then talk to a voidwatch officer in the present, then a cutscene at the audience chamber in Ru'Lude Gardens for the white abyssite. Send me a tell in game if you can't get it.
